While playing with a friend of mine, I attacked with a party of two and he used Shiva 3-032 between the party declaration and the attack to dull them.
After reading the rules I haven't found any mention on priority after forming a party, though. Did I miss something? Can summons actually be used *anytime* during the attack phase, perhaps?
