One silly (or not) question:
Can we freeze an already frozen character and forces itself to remain more turns frozen?
Imagine I have a rival character frozen. In my rival's turn, the character doesn't activate. In my next turn, could I freeze again to long the situation? And in my rival's turn?
In my opinion, both are possible, aren't they?

However, I suppose that you cannot freeze a frozen character that has to pass for its first Active Phase since you froze it. This manner, freeze hasn't acumulative effects.

You can Freeze a Character again after you opponent's Active phase to keep it Dulled for longer. However Freezing a currently Frozen character doesn't have any effect.
